How to Book your Pamper Party
Step 1: Select one of our fabulous Pamper Party Packages
Please visit our Pamper Party Packages page to view the details of each package, talk about it with your friends and make a decision which one of our amazing packages you wish to book.
Step 2: Check our Availability
Please visit our contact us page or call us on 1300 967 664 and tell us about your party. What type of event it is, the area you are planning to have your party and the number of guests.
Step 3: Reserve your Date
Once we have received your request, we will check our bookings for availability and we will send you an email confirmation if we are available on your preferred date.
Once we confirm availability, you will need to pay a small deposit to secure your booking. This can be done online or via direct deposit.
Step 4: Learn More
We will email you a copy of our pamper parties package list, a treatment selection form for your guests and other useful information about your pamper party.
Step 5: Send out your invitations
It is a good idea to include our pamper parties list with your official invitations, so your guests can choose in advance the treatments they would like to have.
Step 6: Pay the Balance
We encourage you to settle the balance before the date of the party by direct deposit or by using our PayPal facility. (You do not need a PayPal account to pay by PayPal.)
Step 7: There is no step 7
The hard work is done. Now you are ready for your Pamper Party – Sit back, relax, enjoy and let us pamper you and your guests into a state of bliss!
Cancellations for group events or for an entire pamper party must be made at least 72 hours in advance in order to be eligible for a partial refund. Once your pamper party reservation has been confirmed, we will be unable to issue a refund for any individual guest cancellations on the day or for no-shows. However, we will refund individual cancellations if we are given at least 72 hours notice.
